What would you do?

…with a 65 by 20 meters (213 by 65 feet) lot in the “primer cuadro” — the very heart of downtown, the area around main square — of a small, hundred-thousand people ELZR town? (Ciudad Guzman WP, that is)
We’re thinking of turning it provisionally into a parking lot, hence the above plan, but we’re still looking for an interesting business (other than the obvious answer of starting yet another hotel). Any ideas?

For some time, and again, funny you should mention it, i thought of an experiment:
Write gigantic letters to form words or messages, primarily just to see the reaction see if someone in beirut notices, i first though of GOOGLE or HI, because they are simplistic enough and lack any other “mean” connotation”; and maybe it it works, sell those spaces as ads:A whole block could sell the “aereal space” of their roofs to coke, for example, earn some extra cash and whatnot, it doesn’t involve some extra visual pollution since, contrary to the usual signs, well, you need a computer to see them.
I seriously don’t know if this is a first, but i think that, if it is, it might gather enough publicity to make even the experiment worth it.Not another Hotel please!!
